I would NOT recommend renting from the Kremmling Apartments. The manager of the complex Joe is disorganized and insidious towards tenants and is unable to keep track of past payments. He’s also notorious for agreeing to something and not following through. We were without television the entire summer and no cable repairman was called. When it came time to collect on our security deposit the owner Shelly Cecil delayed past the required 30 days after vacancy and found hidden charges to take away from the proclaimed paid in full status. I worked hard to deep clean the apartment and make it ready and in the end it was $25 deducted to miscellaneous and $25 to shampooing the carpet. I’m sure the $25 miscellaneous was to fix things like towel racks and closet doors which were broken when we moved in. Basically this apartment complex is equipped with everything bad about renting in general and is run by some of the worst management and ownership I’ve ever experienced. Stay away.
